My friend failed to register an account for xda-developer community just now.
He got a message as below after he clicked the 'Register' button.

Oops! We broke the matrix. Someone call Neo!
You did not complete the CAPTCHA verification properly. Please try again.

But in fact, he has never found the CAPTCHA in the web page at all.
He used Firefox browser on his Windows 10 PC.

Does anyone know what's wrong on earth?

Yes, I can create the account if necessary. It sounds like a browser add-on is blocking the Captcha system. If necessary use the Contact Form mentioned above or write to [email protected]

You are allowed

ONE User Account at XDA-Developers. If you create additional accounts, Moderators will disable them and your original account may also be disabled or infracted.

Thank you. But it's something about CAPTCHA verification. The CAPTCHA verification disappers in the account registering web page.
